• sufficient contrast for text and controls

• provide equal prominence to Accept and Reject actions
• keep first-layer text clear and concise
• provide easy access to detailed preferences
• keep reopen consent link visible and persistent

3. Testing Checklist

1. Keyboard-only navigation.
